Courtier J. Stephens is a seasoned outreach pastor and devoted father of four with more than 25 years of faithful service in multiple ministry capacities.

Licensed and ordained for over 15 years, he stands as a spiritual mentor, ministry covering and spiritual life coach to emerging leaders, creatives and believers seeking clarity, healing and direction.

He currently serves as owner and Overseer of Refreshing Waters Ministry.

Courtier is actively completing accreditation at NEW Life Temple Bible College in Cincinnati, OH in pastoral counseling and theology to strengthen his commitment to biblically grounded principles and promote an emotionally intelligent ministry.

Stephens combines sound biblical doctrine with medicinal laughter that manifests a unique grace that allows hard truths to become digestible. His ministry softens the growing pains that accountability on a spiritual level can induce; without compromising the integrity of scripture.
